The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to offer accurate information on the website without typographical errors. In the event of any such error occurring, which is entirely beyond the control of The Seller, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the displayed prices, and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, The Seller will inform the customer of the error, and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
The contents of the website may occasionally display provisional information about some products. If the provided information does not correspond to the product’s characteristics, the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
2. How to buy
1. Select the items you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
3. You can view your cart or proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart icon.
4. Confirm your delivery address.
5. Proceed to make the payment for your purchase.
6. Once the payment is completed, we will send you a confirmation message regarding the shipment of your order.

3. Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on The Seller’s website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable as required.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the European Union member states will be subject to VAT.
Purchases to be delivered to territories of non-European Union member states, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, will be exempt from VAT.
4. Payment method
The available payment method is CREDIT CARD PAYMENT through the REDSYS platform.
5. Customer obligations
The customer of The Seller must provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms or when placing an order, and keep them updated at all times.
The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions set forth in these General Purchase Conditions, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by The Seller.
The customer also commits to keep their personal access codes to our website confidential and handle them with the utmost diligence.
The customer agrees to provide a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the regular hours for merchandise delivery (from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). Failure to comply with this obligation will release The Seller from any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the requested order and its loss.
6. Shipping conditions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from the order placement (only for deliveries within the peninsula; excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). All shipments will be made by the transport company contracted by Inves Biofarm.
If, for any reason, the order is delayed, we will contact you to inform you.
Once the order is placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address unless the customer covers the expenses, and the parties expressly agree to it.
What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. They will be broken down in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated based on the destination, and therefore, they will be:
Spain (Peninsula): €3.95
Shipping costs will be free for purchases over €50.00 (only for deliveries within the peninsula).
Inveskin aims to make the online shopping process as hassle-free as possible for the consumer compared to other systems.
Shipments will be made by the carrier contracted by Inveskin, within 24 to 72 hours for in-stock products, to any destination within the peninsula, including Portugal, and in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
In the event of damage caused during transport or an error on the part of Inveskin, you have the right to have the correct item resent or to cancel the order and receive a full refund if there is no stock of the product. Any possible errors or damages must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order. The products must not have been used, and these notifications must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns can be made within the following 14 calendar days.
The products must not have been used. The original packaging is part of the product being returned and, therefore, must not have been tampered with.
You must send an email to email@example.com including the following information:
• Order number.
• Name and Last Name.
• Email address used for the purchase.
• Order date.
• Purchased products.
• Item for which you wish to make the exchange.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that we will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.
You must return the product to Inves Biofarm, Avenida del Conocimiento 34, Postal Code 18016, Granada, either through a courier service or by mail.
The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, including their original packaging. No exchange will be made if the item has been used beyond merely opening it or if it has suffered any damage.
